Notice of overseas shipment

Terms of payment are prescribed according to the total amount as follows.

Please note that we may not accept your credit card payment according to the rules of credit card company.

For overseas shipment, all prices should be applied US$ stated in English site.

When you choose payment of Bank remittance (T.T.), prices in US$ are applied as it stands.
However, in case of credit card payment, due to credit company’s regulation we should ask you to pay in Japanese Yen.
In any case, please make sure the total amount in J. Yen in our final quotation before remittance. -
Exchange rate is to be applied designated bank’s rate.
Estimated time of delivery
- We will e-mail you estimated time of delivery upon receiving your order, even the goods are out of stock we will do the same. Therefore, if you won’t receive our reply within a week, please resend us E-mail or fax just to make sure. Your order might have mis-located and/or mis-delivered.
How to cancel
- We accept your cancellation before shipment.
How to return----Inferior goods and mis-delivery.
- We pay careful attention to its quality and not to make mis-delivery, when you find any discrepancy please inform us within 10 days after receipt.
- With your notice, we take immediate action to determine of its discrepancy and will inform you the way of return and exchange upon understanding the error.
- Please do not return without our instruction, we may reject the returned goods.
- You can return the article with our instruction and we will pay the postage.
- Sorry we will not accept any return and exchange articles on account of your request unless otherwise inferior and/or mis-delivered goods.
